Hailey's First Day of School

Today school started for Hailey. She is in first grade at Sandstone Elementary this year.

At the appointed hour, I threw Makayla into the stroller and walked uphill both ways in a snowstorm to fetch Hailey. Okay, it wasn't exactly snowing. That would have been nice. It was actually uphill both ways in 102 degree weather.

There she is! Cute little Hailey at the end of her first day of first grade.

Her teacher, Mrs. Leffler, said Hailey had an "awesome day".

 In fact, Hailey had such a good day, she's going to come back and do it all again tomorrow.
